Our product, The Yoga Inversion board, can be clipped into a door frame, but can easily removed and stored being so small (19x30 inch).   

Since you are supported by your shoulders you can stay inverted and exercise for longer periods than by the yoga method, and gain much, much greater  benefits than those claimed in yoga books.     Plus no  skill, agility or age is needed in using the board so all family can use.       

The board is also sold that it can be clipped into two supplied post that can be fixed in corner of bed room or gym so it can be used at any time with out needing door frame as post.     So easy to us just push shoulders against padded shoulder irons and body will invert over due to balance of board where you can exercise legs, hip, spine and neck for long period if desired, till by folding back your vertical leg the feet are back to floor.   

Thus you can exercise your legs, run, cycle, spread them very wide all with no strain on joints, like if done on road or gym.  If for some reason, injury, age, or pain you can't run/walk your leg by using board you can with out the strain the  conventional means imposes.     

Similarly your hips and lower spine can be exercised but with the weight of upper body being removed it might help relieve stiffness and pain from this area.  Although this may not result, but genteelly exercising these two, with out the strain they will become more supple/fleck able.      

The neck can be moved very freely while inverted on board which is not at possible with head compressed on floor in the yoga method.    Again this may help the maintain pain free fleck able neck and the extra blood will flow more readily to this area for hair and face.
